SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your purchase is complete.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner, standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 7–15 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Dovetail is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Dovetail  is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@dovetail.store  and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If your package is still missing, contact us at support@dovetail.store within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
